Thanks to their capabilities, they’re subsequently able to sell the land as a desirable purchase; meeting the most stringent commercial and legislative demands.


It was A&P’s job to create a website for the company, along with films documenting projects Harrow Estates has been involved with. As such, it was vital that A&P understood the hugely complex technical issues surrounding everything that Harrow Estates does, in order to communicate it clearly and accessibly to a wider audience. It was also vital to maintain a fine balance in the tone of voice, as that audience would not only include prospective buyers and sellers of land, but also local residents with a vested concern in any given site.
