M6 North
From the M6 travelling North leave at junction 29, and then at the roundabout take the 2nd exit, and at the following roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the A6 Signposted Chorley. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A6, and at the roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A6. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the A6 and again, at the roundabout take the 1st exit onto Sceptre Way. You have now arrived at PR5 6AW, Bamber Bridge. The A&P offices are on the right when entering Sceptre Point.
M6 South
From the M6 travelling South leave at junction 29, and then at roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A6 Signposted Chorley. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A6 and at the following roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A6. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the A6. At the roundabout take the 1st exit onto Sceptre Way. You have now arrived at PR5 6AW, Bamber Bridge. The A&P offices are on the right when entering Sceptre Point.
Manchester Airport
Join the M56 motorway Signposted Manchester. Keep in right hand lanes then continue forward at junction 3 then immediately. Continue forward onto the A5103. Branch left, then join the M60 motorway Signposted Ring Rd (W and N), Liverpool, M62, Bolton, M61, Leeds, M62. At Junction 12 continue forward onto the M60 Signposted Ring Road North and East. Branch left, then join the M61 motorway. Keep in left hand lane then continue onto the M61 Signposted Preston. Leave the M61 at junction 9, then at roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A6 Signposted Walton Summit. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Sceptre Way. The A&P offices are on the right when entering Sceptre Point.
By Bus
To reach A&P by bus there is the frequent 125/126 service to Clayton Brook, operating between Preston and Bolton.
By Train/Walking
The nearest train station to A&P is Bamber Bridge. The station operates hourly direct trains to Preston, Lytham St Annes, Blackpool South, Blackburn, Accrington and Burnley and various stations in between. Trains to Bradford, Leeds, York, and Blackpool North which pass through the station normally require a change at either Blackburn or Preston, except for one service each way daily which calls at Bamber Bridge. From Bamber Bridge Station walking Head east toward B6258/Station Rd, Turn left at B6258/Station Rd, Turn right at Smith St, Continue on Withy Trees Ave, Turn right at Brindle Rd, Turn right at Kellet Ln. Ainsworth & will be on the left.
